iOS point-of-sale app for a US retail franchise, taking in-store card payments through Bluetooth readers. Built in React Native around the Worldpay triPOS Mobile SDK and the Ingenico Moby/5500, wrapping the franchise's existing web system so staff kept the workflow they already knew.

Live monitoring for a network of remote sensors: air quality, battery health and environmental conditions across dozens of field nodes. Configurable alert thresholds, per-node history and a real-time status map.

Public website, internal platforms and a developer documentation app for a financial institution. The docs app is generated in CI/CD from Prismic with Nuxt into a fast static site, with Algolia search indexed at build time and cross-linking between keywords, tags and API references. We also extended their back office app, which queries and reviews large volumes of transactions.

Brought in on contract to take over frontend engineering for a US scheduling platform: self-booking, multi-staff calendars, POS checkout and revenue reporting. Built and led the frontend team from zero, and turned a slow legacy calendar into a fast, stable one.

In-car infotainment hub bringing streaming, live content and manufacturer programming into one dashboard, built for multiple automotive brands. Includes a proof of concept that surfaces live climate feedback from the vehicle inside the app.

Took over the frontend of a multi-cloud cost and infrastructure platform tracking spend, commitments and savings across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. Redesigned the React app and reworked its flows, loading states, components and code standards for speed. Added error boundaries so a failing widget never takes down the page, plus user settings, custom dashboards and theming.

Standalone configuration tool for a datacenter migration client with 100k+ employees, built in React. A long, branching questionnaire captures each workload's setup, regions, databases and resilience needs, and a reporting dashboard lets teams search and filter assessments, track statuses and open the generated migration documents.

Web Lab Studio is Razvan Milea, plus a few trusted specialists brought in when a project needs them. Based in Romania, working with teams across Europe and the US.
I've been building software professionally since 2010 and working independently since 2018. As a contractor, I took over frontend engineering for a US scheduling platform and built its frontend team from zero. Since then: in-car apps for automotive brands, payment apps that talk to Bluetooth card readers, and platforms for a financial institution.
I work fixed price only. A perfectly accurate estimate is either luck or padding, and padding comes out of the client's pocket. So I estimate honestly, carry the risk myself, and tell you the same day when something unexpected comes up.
I use AI for nearly everything. It made software cheaper, not easier: clients buy more, so we build more. Asking the right questions and knowing your users is still the job.

Yes. An initial maintenance scope is part of every project. Anything beyond it is agreed and priced separately, so there are no surprises. If you want dedicated support after that, we offer a monthly retainer with time reserved for you.
